Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood, challenged, and empowered to create meaningful change. With over a decade of experience as a social worker, I have worked across medical, crisis, behavioral health, child welfare, and private practice settings, giving me a broad understanding of the many factors that influence emotional well-being.
I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Florida A&M University and my Master of Social Work from Florida State University. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, substance use, and the emotional impact of chronic health conditions.
My approach is compassionate, direct, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment while also helping you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My goal isn’t simply to help you feel better in the moment—it’s to help you build lasting skills, healthier relationships, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Whether you’re working through a difficult season or seeking personal growth, we’ll work together to create meaningful and sustainable change.
