I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I obtained my Master's Degree from Nova South Eastern University in Mental Health Counseling as well as Applied Behavior Analysis. I am very passionate about the field of Mental Health and I believe everyone deserves to live a life worth celebrating.
I am well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Approaches. I feel that therapy needs to be worked collaboratively. I provide "homework" in between session and offer many tools so that my clients can benefit even on the days they do not have a scheduled session.
My client can expect a safe non judgmental environment. I go at my client's pace while encouraging them them to explore their internal conflicts they might be facing.
