Monica Grey

I have been a practicing therapist since 1996, providing services to individuals, couples, and families since then. My approach is geared towards the individual needs of the patient, as I work towards providing a safe, caring, insightful, space for processing of issues. The goal of treatment is improvement in the ability to cope with the myriad of stressors that often arise in the course of one's life. I look forward to working with you and supporting you in your journey to wholeness.

My approach to therapy is to first provide a positive, safe rapport, for the patient to explore those areas of their lives that need healing, and attention. I believe that each person has the answers to their own problems, and with assistance, support and the learning of new skills, they can more effectively address challenging issues.

Clients will take away a sense of empowerment, and clarity, from their sessions, with tools to utilize in their lives to enhance their relationships, and quality of life.
