Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist in Texas specializing in trauma, relationship concerns, and women’s mental health. I support clients navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relational pain, life transitions, self-doubt, boundary concerns, and the lingering effects of difficult experiences.

My work focuses on helping clients better understand themselves by exploring the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and coping responses that may be shaping how they feel, relate to others, and move through life. Together, we work toward greater clarity, stronger boundaries, deeper self-trust, and healthier ways of responding to stress, conflict, and emotional pain.

My approach to therapy

Clients can expect therapy with me to be warm, supportive, practical, and honest. I am gentle and compassionate, while also direct when it supports growth. I balance emotional exploration with coping strategies and problem-solving tools tailored to each client’s specific challenges. Rather than telling clients what to do, I support them in building trust in their own voice, choices, and ability to navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

I am especially passionate about relational stress, identity shifts, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, emotional abuse recovery, self-worth, boundary work, and healing from experiences that have impacted how you see yourself and connect with others.

Therapy can be a restorative space to feel seen, make sense of what has felt heavy, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and true to you.
