Great to meet you!

Many people find themselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in self-doubt, or struggling to prioritize their own needs. I work with individuals and couples who are navigating relationship wounds, healing from trauma, and trying to find steadier ground after something has broken down. Many of my clients are working through anxiety, depression, grief, or experiences that left a lasting mark on how they feel in their bodies and in their relationships. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience helping adults improve their mental health and create lasting change. I received my education from UCLA and Pacific Oaks College and provide both in-person therapy in Torrance and virtual therapy throughout California. I offer services in both English and Spanish, and I welcome adults from all backgrounds including members of the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we focus on building real skills for connection and conflict rather than just managing what comes up. For individuals carrying trauma, we work toward reducing how much the past controls the present so you can feel more settled and more available to the people who matter to you. For couples, we work on interrupting the cycles that keep you stuck and rebuilding the trust and closeness that has been slipping away. I bring specialized training in both trauma work and couples therapy to every session so the process always feels intentional, not random.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you and what has brought you here. There is no pressure to share everything at once. I work at a pace that feels right for you and I am here to listen before anything else. I offer a free consultation so you can get a sense of what working together would actually feel like. When you are ready, reach out.
