I'm a child of two immigrants who understands assimilating and keeping values as you try to find your place in this world. I grew up within 3 countries and completed my higher education in the Texas. I help children and adults navigate stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma and life transitions by using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in English & Spanish. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. Seeking therapy is a sign of strength, not weakness.
