Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 7 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other challenges that can make life feel overwhelming. As a mom to a young son, I’ve become especially passionate about supporting clients through the perinatal period and have completed specialized training in perinatal mental health. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I use a person-centered foundation while incorporating evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we’ll explore what may be contributing to your current concerns and identify practical strategies that support greater balance, confidence, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really a chance for us to slow down and begin building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what’s been bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what you’d like to be different in your life. I’ll also walk you through what working together can look like so you feel informed and at ease. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful about what’s ahead.
