I obtained my MA in Psychology/Applied Behavior Analysis and started my career in 2007 as Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing behavioral therapy to children with autism and adults with intellectual disabilities I also provided supports to families and caregivers, including siblings. In 2019, I obtained my PhD in Educational Psychology and began teaching as an adjunct faculty in applied behavior analysis. In my continued work as a BCBA, I always felt like there was more I could do for individuals, families, and caregivers who had autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities. I decided to obtain my Master of Social Work degree, graduating in 2024 with a desire to help other facing both behavior and mental health challenges. Areas of expertise include: Autism Spectrum Disorders/ADHD/Neurodivergence, Intellectual and developmental disabilities, Children and Adolescents including behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, and other behavioral/mental health concerns, Caregiver/sibling support and parent training, Anxiety/Depression, Trauma
