Great to meet you!

Hola, and welcome!

As a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can openly share your lived experiences and begin prioritizing your mental health. Reaching out for help is often one of the hardest steps, so I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to be here and take that step for yourself. For the past 13 years, I’ve worked in community mental health supporting children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered in your journey.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, and I believe therapy should reflect that. My approach is always tailored to each person’s individual experiences, strengths, and needs. If we decide to work together, we’ll approach the process as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being open in our work together. I’ll be there to listen with care, gently challenge you when it’s helpful, and support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll spend time talking about what brings you to therapy, exploring your story, and discussing what you hope to gain from the process. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and begin getting a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
