I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Louisiana. I have experience working with individuals, couples and groups who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, substance use and parenting problems.
I am trained in looking at the whole puzzle, not just one piece to fully understand you and the part you play in your life. I enjoy utilizing humor in session when applicable and focus on patterns within your behavior to build awareness.
I hope to create an open, honest and relaxing environment in session. I find that establishing goals for our time together can be helpful. When applicable I suggest homework to be done outside of our sessions.
