Great to meet you!

I am a Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing as a clinician since 2003. I have extensive experience working with young children, young adults, middle aged adults and elderly patients. I can discuss and treat a variety of behavioral health concerns. I am interested in working with individuals who are experiencing major life transitions, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression and stress.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I hope to offer you a safe, warm, and empathetic space where you can share your feelings but also feel empowered to make the changes necessary to live a more meaningful life. I strongly believe in the importance of meeting individuals where they are. I will assist you with developing insight into yourself and your situation.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and support you where you want to be. Whether that is: to gain confidence, communicate better, set boundaries, or start healing from your past traumas. I hope to be able to assist you in building a better version of yourself.
