Great to meet you!
As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals who are navigating challenges related to mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative and client-centered—I believe in building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, empathy, and respect.
My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and attentive. I take the time to truly listen and understand your unique experience, so we can work together to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values. This may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, or integrative approaches, tailored to meet your specific needs.
I hold a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health from Maryville University, and I have several years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I’ve worked with diverse populations, including adolescents and adults, and I have a particular interest in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions.
What inspires me most is witnessing the resilience and growth that can happen when people feel supported and empowered. I bring not only clinical expertise but also a genuine commitment to helping you feel seen, heard, and understood.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym, and traveling. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your path toward healing and well-being.
