Great to meet you!

Welcome! Everyone at one point or another will feel stress and/or disillusionment. Some may describe the feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration' swirling with a host of unbearable stressors; others as feeling tired, anxious or depressed. Others may not know what's wrong, where to turn or who to talk to. My work as a psychotherapist began in the clinical setting where I garnered vast experience or knowledge in various modalities of treatment, including the latest conventional treatments, that I utilize in my practice to help others resolve issues and move forward.

My approach to therapy

I provide a genuine, non-judgmental, active-listening style. My goal is to help YOU find YOUR innate tools for personal growth. You may feel weighted down, lost in a web of disillusioned frustration, nowhere to turn or even talk. You deserve a safe place of understanding to unravel the lots of confusion. My objective is to get YOU to focus on what is in YOUR control, not on the energy-stealing obstacles outside the sphere of hope. I will help YOU focus on what's priority - not the noise.

What you can expect from me

When you sign up for sessions with me, you will find an equal partnership in your journey toward recovery that will be detailed in a Welcome letter from my private practice: Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, informing you of the secure and encrypted platform link where all our sessions will be held.

I am highly invested in helping you reach your goal(s). Which is why after every session you will also receive YOUR weekly specific tools toward recovery.
