Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Monica Rohm, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I've worked with adolescents through adults, and my approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, or relationship issues, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, and brief solution-focused techniques—to meet your unique needs and goals. My background includes a Master’s in Social Work from IUPUI, and I’ve spent my career connecting with people from diverse backgrounds to learn and assist them toward lasting change. I truly believe in the strength and resilience of all people, and I’m here to help you tap into that strength as you take the next step forward.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy motivating people to try new habits through small changes.

What you can expect from me

I want you to feel heard, understood, and feel hope for the future of our work together after just the first session.
