Great to meet you!

Life can look put together on the outside while feeling very different on the inside. Behind the scenes, you may find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, weighed down by guilt, putting everyone else's needs before your own, or feeling like no matter how much you do, it's never enough. I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It's about discovering who you are and who you want to become. I work with adults to deepen their self-understanding and quiet their inner critic while navigating life's transitions with greater confidence as they become the better version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you don't need to have a clear plan. You can simply show up as you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real conversation. I also like to bring humor into the room when it fits, because sometimes being able to laugh, even in the middle of challenging times can be an important part of healing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other more. I’ll hear a bit about what’s been going on, what brought you to therapy, and the person you envision yourself becoming. There’s no right way to do this, and we’ll start wherever feels most comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little less alone with whatever you’re carrying.
