Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Los Angeles (PSY 36190). I’m passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through evidence-based, culturally responsive care.

I earned my B.A. from Colgate University and completed both my M.A. and PsyD in Clinical Psychology at The Wright Institute in Berkeley. I went on to complete my predoctoral internship at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, where I specialized in trauma-informed care for children and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma. I am also certified by UC Davis to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based treatment for young children and their caregivers.

In my practice, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, supporting clients across the lifespan from infancy through adulthood. I work with individuals, caregiver-child pairs, couples, and families. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in attachment theory. I offer care that is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and tailored to the cultural and developmental needs of each client.

I support clients managing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, parenting stress, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.

Outside of my clinical work, I love spending time with my long-haired dachshund puppy named Uni, enjoying the outdoors, and exploring new creative outlets.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates strengths-based cognitive behavioral therapy with systems and attachment theories. I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults across California through telehealth, with a particular focus on teens and young adults dealing with PTSD or trauma-related adjustment disorders.

What you can expect from me

Patients can expect their first session to feel calm, supportive, and collaborative. We will start by getting to know each other and talking about what brought you in at this point in your life. There is no pressure to share everything at once. My focus is on helping you feel safe, understood, and not judged. We will talk about your goals, what you are struggling with, and what you hope therapy can offer you, while also making space for how you are feeling in the moment.
