Great to meet you!

I believe our greatest desire as human beings is to feel alive and connected — to ourselves, to our bodies, to others, and to life itself. Everybody has the right to feel resilient, seen, and valued. Yet sometimes along this sacred journey of life, our experiences cause us to close off the parts of us that desperately want to be seen and embraced. As a mindfulness-based transpersonal counselor, I believe that each personal experience in our development is part of human life, and therefore worthy of attention. Through exploring not only our minds — but our bodies, hearts, and souls we can cultivate self-awareness and radical acceptance, grow our capacity for connection and love, and embody the authenticity that allows us to move towards a fuller, freer, and more whole expression of who we truly are.

I strive to offer compassionate and individualized care to clients in the hopes of empowering them to feel competent in handling concerns that impact their quality of life. I utilize parts work, spiritual-based experiences, mindfulness techniques, and embodied movement to support people in finding a home inside themselves and developing a deeper connection to their Higher Self.

My approach is holistic, present-centered, relational, trauma-informed, and socially justice based. I recognize your innate wisdom and am not here to change you, but rather stand by your side as a fellow traveler on a journey to your innate goodness. Creating a container where you feel safe, seen, held, and empowered is my top priority.

I have found profound meaning in working with a diverse range of people, from domestic violence survivors to adults, adolescents, couples, and groups. I have served individuals in both the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. My experience includes working with: highly sensitive individuals, spirituality, conflict resolution, trauma, sex and relationships, loss and grief, anxiety, depression, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

Therapy, to me, is a sacred relationship.

Not because it has all the answers, but because it offers something increasingly rare: a place where you can be witnessed without judgment, move at the pace of your own nervous system, and explore every part of yourself with curiosity instead of criticism.

My style is warm, intuitive, collaborative, and grounded. I integrate mindfulness, attachment theory, somatic awareness, self-compassion, and trauma informed care to support healing that is both practical and deeply meaningful. Together we'll build tools for everyday life while also making space for the deeper questions: Who am I beneath my conditioning? What is my heart asking for? How do I want to live?

Whether your healing is rooted in psychology, spirituality, nature, creativity, or simply the desire to feel more like yourself, I will meet you there. I don't believe there is one right path toward healing, only the path that feels true to you.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy takes courage. If you're here, you've already taken one of the hardest steps.

Our first session isn't about having all the answers or telling me your entire life story. It's simply a space to arrive exactly as you are. Whether you come feeling hopeful, overwhelmed, skeptical, exhausted, or somewhere in between, all of you is welcome.

We'll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what has brought you here, what you're carrying, and what you're longing for. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, your relationships, your strengths, and the ways you've learned to survive. Together, we'll begin to identify what healing could look like for you.

Most importantly, our first session is about building a relationship. Healing happens in the presence of safety, trust, and genuine connection, and I believe you deserve a therapist with whom you can feel deeply seen. I invite you to ask questions, share openly, and notice how it feels to be in the room together.

My hope is that when you leave our first session, you'll feel a little more grounded, a little less alone, and a little more connected to the possibility that healing is not only possible, but that it is already unfolding.
