I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Baylor University with a Master's in Clinical Social Work. I am a dedicated bilingual mental health professional focused on improving patient well-being through compassionate support. I utilize a trauma-informed lens in my work as well as other modalities. I have experience providing therapeutic services in many clinical settings, from psychiatric inpatient hospitals to community non-profits and private practice.

As a therapist, my personal battles have granted me an intimacy with the struggles my clients face. I understand the reluctance to ask for help, especially in multicultural communities where mental health is often not taken seriously. Generational trauma and cultural expectations have woven intricate barriers around seeking assistance. It's a struggle I'm familiar with, and that familiarity is the cornerstone of the safe haven I strive to create for my clients.
