Great to meet you!

Hello! Glad you're here! I am licensed as a professional counselor in Virginia and have been assisting and supporting those in my community for the past 8 years. I'm here to help you find your footing through this journey for growth and healing. You're already taking a step of courage and I'll walk beside you free of judgement. We've got this.

My approach to therapy

I work to create a space that's person-centered, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. I strive to meet clients with compassion, curiosity and respect, building a place where it feels safe to explore emotions, make sense of past experiences, and build confidence in the present. Sometimes the most painful or confusing parts of our story simply need to be acknowledged before growth can occur.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work to understand your experiences, strengthen coping skills, and help you feel more grounded and empowered in daily life. My goal is to support you in building resilience, self trust, and a sense of balance, so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
