Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives. I have specialized training in treating trauma and PTSD, personality disorders, anxiety, and challenges involving parent-child relationships.

I believe therapy should be a supportive and empowering experience where you feel understood while also gaining practical tools to improve your everyday life. My style is warm, authentic, and solution-oriented. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build confidence, and make progress toward a more fulfilling and satisfying life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and focused on helping you develop skills that make a meaningful difference outside of our sessions. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical strategies to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Depending on your needs, we may work on managing difficult emotions, recognizing unhelpful thought patterns, processing trauma, or strengthening family relationships. Together, we will develop an individualized plan that supports your goals and helps you create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will take time to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to accomplish. I want to understand the challenges you are experiencing, your strengths, and what meaningful progress would look like for you.

Together, we will begin developing specific goals and discussing how to structure our sessions in a way that best supports your needs. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of direction, feeling supported and confident that we have a plan for moving forward.
