As a seasoned clinician, I offer you the benefit of my experience to assist with trauma, grief, abuse, and mental health issues. My approach is one of authenticity, compassion, and exploration.

Sessions are typically focused on the client's thoughts and feelings, specifically, ways to align these with positive outcomes. We work to formulate a plan for treatment together using practical tools such as psychoeducational handouts and exercises.
