My work is grounded in Relational Life Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory, while also integrating the Gottman Method and other evidence-based approaches. I support individuals and couples in exploring patterns shaped by early experiences, understanding how those patterns emerge in current relationships, and developing healthier, more fulfilling ways of connecting. I believe healing occurs within safe, supportive relationships, and I collaborate closely with clients to create a space where they feel understood, respected, and emotionally secure. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples work through childhood wounds, attachment dynamics, and relationship challenges so they can experience deeper connection, security, and understanding. I am currently pursuing a PhD in sexology/addictions and under supervision to obtain my certification in sex therapy.
