Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm Mo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and before anything else, I want you to know this: you're safe here. Let's be real, asking for help isn't easy so if you're reading this you've already taken one of the hardest steps. I have over six years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions and everyday stress. I'm a strong believer that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, supported and empowered. That's exactly what I strive to create for every client. Whether you're looking for support, greater self-awareness or practical skills to navigate life's challenges, we'll work together to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is simple: I meet you where you are. Some days that may mean processing difficult emotions and other days it may mean learning new skills or celebrating the progress you've made. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a lecture. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based approaches, which I tailor to fit your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you. I'll ask questions to better understand what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you and what you're hoping to get out of our time together. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or share more than you're ready to. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We'll also talk about your goals, answer any questions you have about the therapy process and begin creating a plan that feels right for you. Above all, I want our sessions to feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
