Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping people manage stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout. I find working with clients that are navigating major life transitions and relationship challenges, particularly meaningful. My goal is to help clients understand themselves more deeply and feel empowered to handle life’s challenges. I want therapy to be a space where you gain confidence and self-determination over your life.

My approach to therapy

My style is supportive, down-to-earth, and focused on finding real solutions. We’ll look at what’s getting in your way, challenge old assumptions or expectations that no longer serve you, and work toward the goals that matter most. Together, we’ll explore the patterns behind how you think, feel, and respond so you can make meaningful, lasting changes. My hope is for you to leave our sessions feeling empowered, more connected to your truest self, and confident in your path forward.

What you can expect from me

Before our first appointment, I offer a consultation to get a sense of our connection, your comfort level in talking with me, and whether we might be a good fit. The first session is a 90-minute evaluation where we’ll explore what brought you to therapy, your background, current challenges, and goals. My approach is collaborative; therapy with me is about figuring this out together. I will always welcome your feedback to ensure that my approach continues to support your needs and goals.
