Great to meet you!

I received my BFA from Boston University in painting and went on to being a special needs teacher for several years. In 2016, I completed my MFA in Art Therapy with an Emphasis in Counseling from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. I have worked with many populations through the lifespan.

I specialize in working with clients struggling with grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, and perinatal and postpartum issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am client-centered, meaning I will empower you to take the reigns in our sessions and in the improvement of your mental health. As an art therapist, I blend creativity with logic as everyone thinks and processes in different ways. I use a direct and transparent approach that fosters our positive therapeutic relationship as the first priority.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope all of my clients feel more confident in building their toolbox for self-care and trusting themselves as they progress in therapy.
