Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a queer, first-generation Filipinx immigrant that is passionate about working with and for the QTBIPOC community. I specialize in working with young adults / adults presenting with issues of identity (race/ethnicity/gender/sexuality/etc.), intergenerational trauma, and relationship dynamics.

My approach to therapy

My approach can best be described as relational-cultural in nature, as informed by liberation psychotherapy and theories of intersectionality. I like to foster a mutual sense of trust, respect, and vulnerability - we are two human beings in the room, and not just client-clinician.

What you can expect from me

At the end of the day, I hope that we are able to collaboratively foster a sense of self-advocacy and self-liberation.
