Great to meet you!

Welcome to Bell Counseling, Coaching, and Consultant, LLC, where we believe every woman and girl deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and become the best version of herself.

I'm Monique Bell, MSW, LISW-CP, PhD(c), a Licensed Independent Social Worker–Clinical Practice and holistic therapist passionate about empowering women and girls to navigate life's challenges, embrace their identities, and prioritize their emotional well-being.

With a professional background in clinical social work, mental health, and youth development, I bring a compassionate, holistic, and person-centered approach to therapy. My areas of focus include anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, confidence building, emotional regulation, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, and maternal mental health.

I recognize that women and girls experience unique challenges at different stages of life. Whether it's a young girl learning to understand her emotions and build confidence, an adolescent navigating identity and peer relationships, or a woman balancing motherhood, relationships, career, and personal growth, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where each individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

My therapeutic approach recognizes the connection between mind, body, and emotional wellness. Through evidence-informed therapeutic practices, mindfulness, creative expression, and self-reflection, I help clients develop tools to navigate challenges, strengthen their sense of self, and create meaningful change.

At Bell Counseling, Coaching, and Consultant, I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new. Sometimes, it's about reconnecting with who you've always been.

Heal. Grow. Become.

I look forward to supporting you or your daughter on the journey toward healing, confidence, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and every woman and girl deserves a space where she feels safe, heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I approach therapy by looking beyond the immediate challenges and exploring the whole person, including emotional well-being, personal experiences, relationships, environment, and the connection between mind and body. My goal is not simply to help clients manage symptoms, but to support them in understanding themselves, developing healthy coping strategies, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in supporting women and girls navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem, identity development, emotional regulation, trauma, relationship challenges, motherhood, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, establish healthy boundaries, build confidence, and rediscover their sense of purpose.

My therapeutic style is warm, conversational, supportive, and gently challenging when needed. I incorporate evidence-informed therapeutic techniques alongside mindfulness, creative expression, self-reflection, and strengths-based interventions. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically without feeling pressured to have everything figured out.

Whether I'm helping a young girl discover her voice, a teenager navigate the challenges of growing up, or a woman reconnect with herself beyond the many roles she carries, I meet each client where she is. My philosophy is simple: Heal. Grow. Become. Healing begins with understanding yourself, growth comes through intentional change, and becoming is the lifelong journey of embracing who you are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is all about creating a safe space, building connection, and getting to know you beyond the challenges that brought you to therapy. I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're unsure where to start or what to say. My goal is to make the experience feel welcoming, comfortable, and judgment-free.

I take a warm, conversational, and collaborative approach. During our first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, your personal experiences, current challenges, strengths, and what you hope to gain from our time together. We'll also discuss your emotional well-being, relationships, and the areas of your life where you would like to experience growth or change.

For younger clients, I incorporate age-appropriate conversations and creative approaches to help them feel comfortable expressing themselves. When appropriate, I also collaborate with parents or caregivers while respecting the importance of building trust and maintaining appropriate confidentiality.

Together, we'll begin identifying meaningful goals, whether that's managing anxiety, building confidence, developing healthy boundaries, improving emotional regulation, processing past experiences, or simply reconnecting with yourself.

You don't have to arrive with all the answers, and you don't have to share everything in your first session. Healing happens at your own pace.

My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged, with a clearer understanding of how we can work together toward your goals.
