Great to meet you!

Hi. My name is Monique Branch, a licensed therapist that provides a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood and encouraged as you navigate life's challenges. Whether dealing with stress, relationship concerns, personal growth, or difficult seasons in life, my goal is to help you build healthier connections with yourself and others. I believe in meeting you where you are, offering compassion without judgement, and working together to create a meaningful change. To me, you are more than a client, you're a person whose story matters.

My approach to therapy

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to guide our work together. In practice, that means we will explore the patterns keeping you stuck, build skills you can use between session, and work toward changes that feel real and lasting. Sessions are honest and direct, always compassionate, and centered entirely on you moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I will ask what brought you here and what you hope to feel differently. There is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is for you to leave the first meeting feeling truly heard and just a little more hopeful that things can be different.
