Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings. My mission is to create a safe, empathic space where you feel truly seen and heard, and where healing can begin.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use, and eating disorders. In our sessions, we’ll work to build self‐awareness, clarify your values, and develop strategies that empower you to move toward a more peaceful and purposeful life.

Therapy is not just about addressing problems — it’s about growth, resilience, and rediscovering your wholeness. I am honored to walk alongside you on this journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with psychoanalytic exploration, integrating practical tools with deeper insight. CBT helps you identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, while psychoanalytic work uncovers unconscious patterns and past experiences that may be shaping your present. Together, these methods foster both immediate relief and long‐term growth.

What you can expect from me

Through every session, I strive to cultivate empowerment — guiding individuals to reclaim their inner strength, clarify their values, and take meaningful steps toward the life they envision. I hold myself to the highest standards of integrity, ensuring that my work is grounded in ethical care, transparency, and alignment with my core beliefs.
