Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in supporting the social and emotional well-being of young children (ages 0–5) and their families. My approach centers on creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can express themselves freely through developmentally appropriate, non-threatening methods.

In addition to early childhood work, I have extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families in managing stress, anxiety, and life transitions. I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and return to their optimal level of functioning.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to help individuals manage anxiety and build emotional resilience. My focus is on helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and stay grounded in the present moment to support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools to manage anxiety, greater awareness of their thoughts and emotions, and a deeper understanding of how their experiences shape their responses. Through a blend of CBT and mindfulness-based interventions, clients will build skills to challenge unhelpful thinking, regulate emotions, and feel more confident navigating daily stressors. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
