I primarily use evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Strategic Focused Therapy (BSFT), and expanding experience in Financial Therapy (FT). I use an integrative approach to each person’s unique needs, often focusing on building insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical strategies to help clients move toward their goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together to create meaningful, lasting change.
