Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Virginia with a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. I specialize in helping adults and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, emotional stress, financial Stress, transitions, relationship challenges, and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I primarily use evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Strategic Focused Therapy (BSFT), and expanding experience in Financial Therapy (FT). I use an integrative approach to each person’s unique needs, often focusing on building insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical strategies to help clients move toward their goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My communication style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves, whether that means expressing difficult emotions, exploring personal challenges, or just showing up as they are. Clients often tell me they feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for in our sessions. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a calm presence to the work, while also gently challenging patterns that may be holding you back.
