Great to meet you!

I truly believe your journey to healing starts the moment you say yes to the process and allow yourself to be open to the possibilities. My therapeutic style is compassionate, empathetic, caring, professional and thoughtful.

My approach to therapy

My 10+ years of experience in the Counseling field has equipped me to develop a unique approach that focuses on empowering individuals to manage anxiety and depression in a healthy manner that is in alignment with their purpose, to heal their wounded inner child and conquer imposter syndrome. My area of expertise is Cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that if you can help a person identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors, you can help them change their life.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic experience I provide is in a safe and supportive space that allows all of my clients to explore and process their thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism or rejection. Every session has the power to bring each individual that is willing to do the work, one step closer to the person they were created to be!
