Having experienced grief in my own life, I am able to relate. Many people choose to suffer in silence with mental health issues. I work with clients equipping them with the tools to process the emotions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques.
During the first session, I will build a rapport with the client by I allowing clients to share what they have been dealing with and set treatment goals for therapy.
