Great to meet you!

It Is A Pleasure to Meet You!

As a marriage and family therapist and doctor of philosophy, I utilize a wide range of interventions and techniques to establish a course that is personally tailored to clients. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 11 years, but in the last decade, have shifted my focus from couples to individual therapy and individuals struggling with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a story to tell and deserves an individualized approach to care. It’s important to me that we build rapport and you feel respected throughout our therapeutic journey. I’ll be there to listen attentively, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session will consist of an introductory, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out and help you reach your goal(s)! I strive to create an environment that will allow you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together to ensure that we make these goals a reality for you.
