Great to meet you!

I am an independently licensed psychotherapist practicing in the state of Arizona, offering telehealth therapy to adults and adolescents. I hold an MS in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona.

I bring nearly two decades of community mental health experience, and am passionate advocate for mental health, equity, and self-empowerment.

I specialize in general mental health - anxiety, depression, stress management, adjustment - relational trauma, self-esteem and identity. Much of my work is with women, non-binary and gender non-conforming clients, and BIPOC communities.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness, and attachment theory.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an intake assessment - covering your history and the concerns that brought you to therapy. We will cover the therapy process (ie: informed consent, what to expect from therapy, ect) and I will answer any questions you have.

You don't need to arrive with a clear goal; part of that first hour is naming what brought you here and shaping it into a direction we can work towards together.
