Great to meet you!

Sometimes you need a space where you can just be. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where you feel supported as you explore what’s on your mind and in your heart. I know how hard it can be to sit with the discomfort of healing when the world doesn’t make space for it. I draw from an interpersonal approach, so our work will always center around YOU—allowing you to guide the process in a way that feels meaningful and empowering. This is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, but can instead be fully seen and supported as you navigate your path.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults who are Black and/or identify as LGBTQ+, offering support as you navigate the complexities of identity, family dynamics, trauma, spirituality, and daily stress. We often carry the weight of living in a world not built for us, which shows up in how we handle work, relationships, and even how we show up for ourselves. In our work together, you can expect to walk away with deeper insight into your own experiences, a thought partner to help you navigate challenges, and greater self-compassion as you move through life’s complexities.

What you can expect from me

If you struggle with finding the words for what you're feeling or find vulnerability challenging, that's okay! We’ll take it slow, allowing room to explore what's beneath the surface, without judgment or pressure. Let's uncover what's been weighing you down, create space for reflection, and move forward at your own pace.
