I am passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered as they work toward their goals and imprve well-being,.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is strength-based and client-centered, emphasizing each individual's inherent capacity for growth, healing, and positive change. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. My work focuses on helping individuals build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and achieve meaningful emotional growth. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and psychoanalytic principles, and other evidenced-based interventions, I tailor treatment to meet each client's unique needs and goals. I am committed to fostering meaningful therapeutic work that promotes insight, lasting change, and an enhances sense of well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment from the very first session where they are treated with respect, compassion, and understanding. I place a strong emphasis on building rapport ad creating a safe, nonjudgmental space in which clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. During the initial session, we will begin exploring the concerns that brought them to therapy, as well as their persona history, strengths, and goals. Together, we will work to develop a clearer understanding of the challenges they are facing and identify meaningful objectives for treatment. My goal is to foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward lasting emotional well-being and personal growth.
