Great to meet you!
Are you used to being the one who holds everything together—but lately feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted?
I’m Monique Searight, PMHNP-BC, founder of Aaron’s Safe Haven Psychiatry. I work with women who are balancing the demands of work, family, and everyday life while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, or ADHD. Many of my patients are used to being “the strong one” for others, often putting their own needs last. Over time, this can lead to burnout, difficulty focusing, poor sleep, and feeling mentally and emotionally drained.
My practice is especially supportive of Black women and others who may feel unseen or unheard in traditional healthcare settings. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and receive care that respects your experiences and values.
I provide thoughtful, personalized medication management along with supportive guidance to help you feel more balanced, focused, and in control. My approach is collaborative—I take time to listen, explain your options clearly, and work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your life.
If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, you don’t have to do that here. At Aaron’s Safe Haven Psychiatry, compassionate care and emotional safety come first. I welcome you to reach out when you’re ready.
