Great to meet you!

Hey everyone! As a prescriber and licensed mental health counselor who draws on over a decade of experience in various capacities of the mental health field, I work with a diverse range of clients. Whether you are struggling with distressing mental health concerns, would like to explore medication as an option, or simply need a safe space to chat, we can work together to address your needs. I have been able to help many clients improve their day-to-day functioning and build healthier relationships.

My approach to therapy

I approach my work with clients through a kind-hearted and compassionate lens, creating a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. I find it important to meet clients where they are, with warmth, respect, and a sense of genuine connection. I believe healing happens when people feel safe and understood, so I prioritize building trust through authenticity and empathy.

My practice is holistic, considering the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Whether we’re navigating stress, culture and identity-related concerns, trauma, relationships, or life transitions, I integrate evidence-based approaches with intuitive understanding, always tailoring care to fit each client’s unique needs and cultural context. I often draw upon clients' strengths-based strategies to support growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Every client seeks treatment for reasons what are unique to them. I simply serve as a guide to help clients evolve in their own personal wellness journey. Whether clients' goals are to improve daily functioning or to manage major stressors, I am happy to aid in improving well-being. I look forward to working with you!
