Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life's challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I am open-minded, nonjudgmental, energetic, and outgoing, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, positive changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a whole-person approach, recognizing the importance of emotional, mental, physical, and social well-being. I believe in creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

You can expect real conversations, practical strategies, and an open-minded, nonjudgmental approach where you feel comfortable expressing yourself freely. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I strive to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself while providing guidance, clarity, and tools you can use in everyday life. Together, we will focus on problem-solving, building healthier habits, strengthening your sense of identity, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
