Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in a psychiatric inpatient unit, where I support individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. I’m passionate about mental health because I believe each person is a unique gift to the world, worthy of care, dignity, and understanding.

Having lived on three different continents, I value the richness of diverse cultures and life experiences. I speak Bahasa Indonesia fluently and enjoy working with clients from varied backgrounds. Through both my professional work and personal journey, I’ve learned that life feels more manageable when we don’t have to walk through it alone. My hope is to be someone who helps you find clarity, strength, and light during difficult times—and I will do my best to walk alongside you in that process.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, gentle, and safe space where you can slow down, share what’s been weighing on you, and feel truly heard. Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences and untangle thoughts that feel overwhelming or unclear. When faith is important to you, we can also explore how your spiritual beliefs and values offer meaning, guidance, and hope. I listen deeply and support you in gaining clarity that leads to healing and meaningful change in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and how I can best support you. I’ll spend time listening to your story and learning about your background so I can better understand your life and experiences. I’ll also ask some gentle questions to help guide the conversation, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. This first meeting is about getting to know each other and creating a foundation for our work together.
