Great to meet you!

I bring experience in supporting individuals and families through counseling.

My professional background includes working directly with young people, young adults, and adults facing a range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and substance use prevention. In both my counseling and supervisory roles, I focus on evidence-based practices that foster resilience, build coping skills, and promote overall well-being.

I am passionate about creating supportive spaces where clients feel understood and empowered. My goal is to help individuals and families develop the tools they need to overcome obstacles, build on their strengths, and create lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy integrates evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, with a solution-focused, client-centered perspective. I believe in creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel supported, while also challenging them to explore new perspectives and take steps toward their goals. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to identify strengths, build coping skills, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect sessions to be collaborative and focused on their goals. Together, we’ll identify patterns, explore new perspectives, and practice skills that support change—whether that’s improving coping strategies, managing emotions more effectively, or building healthier relationships. My hope is that clients leave each session feeling both supported and challenged.
