Great to meet you!

After working in many different areas of nursing for more than 30 years, and as a family practice NP for 11 years, I completed my certificate in psych. I have my doctorate of nursing with a focus on controlled substance use and abuse. This background drives my practice to be holistic; combining physical and mental health to help you enjoy your optimal life.

My approach to therapy

Being mentally healthy is a process that may require medicine to help maintain balance, but also includes healthy lifestyle practices with stress management. Treatment decisions are mutual and only implemented after a thorough discussion of choices.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about gathering information, getting to know each other better, and developing an individualized plan focusing on the best you.
