Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who genuinely loves understanding people—what shapes us, why we get stuck, and what helps us grow. I believe we all carry more strength and resilience than we often realize, and when life becomes overwhelming, it's easy to lose sight of that. My role is to help you reconnect with those strengths, better understand yourself, and create meaningful change. With experience in community mental health, trauma, addiction, and crisis intervention, along with additional training in Jungian psychology and hypnotherapy, I strive to help people find greater clarity, purpose, and confidence in the lives they create.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on authenticity, trust, and genuine human connection. One quote that has always guided my work comes from Carl Jung: “Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul, be just another human soul.” While I integrate evidence-based therapies with existential and Jungian perspectives, I don't believe healing follows a single formula. Rather than focusing only on reducing symptoms, I work collaboratively to understand the experiences, patterns, and beliefs that shape them. And because healing doesn't have to happen in silence, I welcome humor when it feels right—life can be hard, but therapy doesn't always have to be.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really just a conversation; not diving headfirst into your deepest childhood memory unless that's where you want to start. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, without judgment, pressure, or the feeling that you need to have everything figured out. Together, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, what's most important to you, and begin building a collaborative plan that feels personalized, meaningful, and aligned with your goals.
