Great to meet you!

As your therapist, my belief is simple: everyone deserves someone in their corner as they navigate life’s challenges. Talking through what we carry is often the first step toward understanding the barriers that shape our day‐to‐day experiences. For the past 20 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting adults and youth facing trauma, transitions, and mental health concerns. I’m currently open to working with anyone who is seeking a new perspective, a different approach, or a space to explore what’s happening in their life with honesty and support.

My approach to therapy

A strong therapeutic alliance is at the heart of meaningful change. When you choose to begin your wellbeing journey, you deserve a space built on trust, respect, and honesty. My approach is collaborative and grounded: we face challenges together, at a pace that feels safe and intentional for you.

As your therapist, I listen deeply — not just to your words, but to the experiences, patterns, and emotions underneath them. And when it’s needed, I will care‐front you: offering gentle, direct feedback that supports your growth without judgment. My role is to walk alongside you, help you see what’s possible, and support you as you move toward clarity, healing, and a stronger sense of self.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, you’ll have the space to share your story — whatever parts feel most important or most present for you. My goal is to create a relaxed, comfortable environment where you can speak openly and move at your own pace. I keep things grounded and human, and when it’s appropriate, I welcome a bit of humor. Sometimes laughing together helps us soften the edges of painful experiences, especially once trust begins to form.

You can expect me to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and begin understanding what you’re carrying and what you hope to change. I’ll also share how I work: with honesty, respect, and care‐fronting when it supports your growth. We’re on this journey together, so our first session is really about connection — getting to know each other, building safety, and starting to map out what healing might look like for you.
