I am a doctorally trained, board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of clinical experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My areas of focus include anxiety and depressive disorders, bipolar and other mood disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders (including PTSD), ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychotic disorders, sleep disorders, and adjustment disorders.
