Great to meet you!

I am a dual-trained medical professional with an MD degree from Windsor University School of Medicine and an MSN-PMHNP from St. Thomas University. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I have over a decade of experience in the U.S. healthcare system. My specialties include ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. I bring a culturally sensitive approach to my practice. I am passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel empowered to take control of their mental health and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I focus on evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care while addressing the mind, body, and lifestyle. I aim to create a safe, trusting environment where clients feel supported and empowered to explore their challenges and achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel supported, heard, and equipped with practical tools to navigate their mental health journey. I strive to foster resilience, reduce symptoms, and help clients work toward their personal and professional aspirations. Together, we will focus on creating meaningful, lasting growth and improving your overall quality of life.
