Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and emotional overwhelm. Sometimes you can understand what you’re feeling but still struggle to manage it. I also support clients with depression, autism-related needs, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real life, incorporating trauma-informed and somatic approaches to help you feel more grounded, build practical coping skills, and better understand yourself without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you better understand yourself and figure out what actually works for you, so the steps you take feel natural and self-directed rather than prescribed. I use real-life examples and personal analogies to make difficult or overwhelming concepts easier to understand, and I bring a warm, collaborative approach to each session. I approach every person’s story with curiosity, cultural humility, and an open mind. And when it fits, a little humor can go a long way in making difficult conversations feel more comfortable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really just a conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping to work through. I’ll be listening and getting to know you rather than expecting you to have everything figured out. If you’re nervous, that’s completely normal. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable, and by the end of the session, you should have a better sense of whether we’re a good fit.
