Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Dr. Morgan, licensed clinical psychologist and attachment theory expert. I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology in 2016 from Pacific University. I am also the host of the popular relationship advice podcast, Let's Get Vulnerable.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a direct and honest working relationship with clients. My goal is to help you get to the root of your symptoms as quickly as possible so you can get back to living your most empowered and authentic life. I work from an internal family systems and attachment theory approach to treat relational issues, and a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral interventions to treat depression and anxiety. I'm happy to discuss my therapeutic approach in more detail with you via a consultation.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I will conduct a thorough intake of your past experiences, and significant relationships. We will explore your current symptoms, and you will be able to ask me any questions about our work together. I value the therapeutic relationship, and always strive to maintain trust and collaborative working alliance. I will adjust my approach to meet the specific needs of your treatment.
