Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I am genuinely glad you are here. My hope is to help you move toward a greater quality of life and a calmer, steadier sense of well-being. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training in DBT and a background in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I have spent years walking alongside people facing mood disorders, trauma, relationship strain, and the everyday weight of life. Whatever brought you here, you do not have to carry it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is systemic, experiential, and emotionally focused therapies. My style is person-centered and tailored to the needs of every individual client. I have worked extensively with clients who struggle with mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use.

What you can expect from me

The first session can feel intimidating, and that is completely normal. My job is to make it feel less stressful for you. We will simply meet and talk: I will get to know your story and background, we will look at what you are hoping to change, and together we will shape goals that fit your life. There is no pressure and nothing you have to get right. By the end of our first hour, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and clear on whether we are the right fit to keep going.
